About Bryan

I’m Bryan Lee, and for the past several years I’ve studied how customers use their experiences with a company to define their attachment to a brand’s products and offerings. In my global marketing and consulting roles at leading Fortune 500 firms, I’ve seen customer experiences created by both B2C and B2B firms that were absolute hits, big misses, and a wide range in between.
Who are doing things well? What is the impact? How can you leverage these insights?
In this blog, I hope to sharpen the lens you look at to observe the world – after all, we humans have interactions and experiences all day long. By being better at how you observe the world, you can take what’s good and bad about experiences and develop an approach that works to great advantage for your business and your customers.
I believe there are several key drivers for creating powerful customer experiences. These can be built into a living model for designing and delivering products and experiences that truly shape what a customer values and connects with. I hope this blog will open your eyes (and ears) to a dynamic world full of new lessons and ideas that can catapult your brand to new heights.
Yes, the world is flatter, more connected and much, much more digital. But what makes us unique is the response we have to interactions across the physical, digital and , importantly, the emotional world- with other people, with places and things. These shape the world as we see it – as we perceive it – as we live it.
